DIY Picture Postcard. Part of Light Night 2006, Leeds City Centre, Oct 6th, 2006

For the first year of involvement for Black Dogs with the city's annual Light Night we complemented The Institute of Crazy Dancing's 'Treasure Hunt' by distributing free disposable cameras amongst its participants. In budget-wedding style, the participants-audience were then encouraged to document the night and pass the camera on to other Light Night visitors. At the end of the evening we had an amnesty for the cameras at West Yorkshire Playhouse (the final destination of the 'Treasure Hunt') where we took the names and addresses of anyone who wished to receive a postcard from the event. The films from the disposable cameras were then developed and the individual photographs sent out as postcards.

If anyone was lucky enough to receive one of these unique beauties and can bare taking it off the mantle piece for 5 minutes to scan and send us a copy it would be much appreciated.
