Black Dogs, Leeds art-gang, further occupy the heady depths of cyber-space with an online excuse to take a break in the name of 'creativity'

The premise of this child's game, which has taken many guises for past Black Dogs projects, is that of the collective work and the unknown outcome. By responding to previous participant's contribution you add to the work and shape the following user's input. Chinese Whispers for art-types.

We hope that this will provide creative computer-slaves with the impetus to put those 'big projects' on hold for a few minutes and use the peer-to-peer internet technology for what it was originally designed for – messing about and wasting work time.

Your role is to respond to the previous post. If that post is an image, you must attempt to describe that image; if the previous post is descriptive text, you must trawl the web and find an image which best fits the description. We will then select the best response from all your contributions. As the game progresses, earlier contributions will be hidden, only for the entire text/image dialogue to be revealed at the end of each week.

Please bear in mind, the more interesting and elaborate the text you provide to describe the images, the more exciting the images will be, and the more fun the game will become. It’s time to put that artistic creativity and knack for spicing up the everyday to good use.
