Black Dogs ended 2006 with a gargantuan festive celebration at the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds LS6. Audience participation, drinking and frivolity were the orders of the evening's events, which were loosely based around the theme of a traditional Christmas panto.

Join us for an evening of visual, aural, durational and mental surrealism courtesy of Leeds most lovely and sparkling art associates. Black Dogs attempt to co-opt all manner of trampoline sketching, horse identifying and pie eating into a format you could tenuously label a ‘Panto’, but hopefully by the end won’t care to scrutinise.

Featuring art-works, games, music and literature from old and new friends of the group, as well as the Dogs themselves, the evening coupled intellectual and physical stimulation (in all senses) with an injection of well-being and inner warmth rivalled only by the sickliest of childhood nostalgia.
